Step 4: You are click on “Add to Cart” button it shows “Add to Cart” page. And if you click on “Select Options” button it goes to single product page. Now you click on “Add to Cart” button it shows “Add to Cart” page.
Step 5: You Finalization in “Add to Cart” page. If you have coupon code, place here for discount.
Step 6: After that you click on “Checkout” page.
Step 7: In “Checkout” fill your Name, Address, and Mobile Number.
Step 8: Choosing the Payment Option and select “Trams & Condition” radio button. And click on the “Pace Order” button.
Step 9: You get a successful confirmation massage here.
Step 10: And you received a confirmation email of the purchases products.
The Second way is order by phone call or in shop chat box any time 24/7 in 5 easy steps.
Step 1: First select product which you want to buy, and call us our customer service support contact number mention in our website or messages in whatsapp number.
Step 2: Tell us the product you would like to buy, Product SKU, your prepare payment option and shipping option.
Step 3: Our team note your basic information address, e-mail, phone number for delivery your product.

Generally in Dhaka metro our estimated delivery time 1-2 working days. And outside Dhaka metro it’s varies on place. Normally our estimated delivery time for outside Dhaka metro needs 2-3 working days. And ‘same day delivery’ available only for Dhaka metro.
You can change your delivery address after place an order, contact us our support team immediately over phone before the product is dispatched.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Generally in Dhaka metro replacement item is delivered to you at the products pick-up time. And outside of Dhaka metro first replacement item delivered from you and after we delivered item picked up and we delivered the replacement products. For more details please see our return & exchange policy page.
You can cancel your order any time before the product shipment by contact with our support team.
If cancelled your order, you will receive an automated e-mail. And you will also get automated update status in “My Order” option under “My Account” section.
Very frequently your order cancelled due to few below reasons:
- If products are not available.
- If it has technical issues related to pricing information.
- If problem with your payment identification by fraud detection.

When you completed your order at fashionatebd.com you will get a order ID by email and also “My order” option in “My account” section. Then click on “Track My Order” option below in our websites home page. This page you input your email ID and order ID and click on Track your ID. You will get your order status here.
If you are not register in fashionatebd.com so, first you need to register for tracking your order status.
Yes you can do. If you want to cancel your order so please make the conformation before delivery the products with our support team. Other hand it is not possible to refund. But you can replace your products in this case. If product is physically damaged or certain part is missing then replacement not acceptable. Please see returns and replacement policy page for details in our site.
Your order will get faster on before delivery date mentioned at the time of placing order
