At Fashionatebd.com, we provide easiest and convenient payment & delivery options to our customers. We are committed to delivering your products in good condition, timely and accurately. Our payment gateways are secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer). If you have ordered in our online shop, you can relax as all your products are shipped directly to your given address. We have more payment option, any one you can choose.
Payment Options:
Cash on Delivery (COD):
Cash on Delivery (COD) is most easiest way to payment and its available in all cities and districts across Bangladesh. It’s when products are delivered at your doorstep only hand over the cash to courier.
We delivery the products at your home as your provide address in Dhaka metro city and we delivery the products by Sundorbon courier or SA poribohon as condition for outside Dhaka city. So, you collect your products from local courier office your mentioned courier.
Cash on Delivery (COD) option available on selected products, so check if the Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. Once you place Cash on Delivery (COD), we will send you the confirmation over email or SMS. If you don’t receive any email or SMS confirmation, you can contact with us directly or visit our Help page.
Currently, we do not accept any card payment like debit / credit or any international cards. Very near time we will accept any card payment like debit / credit or any international cards.
Cash on Delivery policy:
- In outside Dhaka delivery products collect from your local courier branch office by reference your given mobile number.
- To Cash on Delivery (COD) Service, all items of our website in the cart should be applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is applicable on a minimum order value of Tk 100/- and maximum of Tk 10,000/- only.
- At the delivery time you cannot open the box without payment.
- We do not accept any credit/debit cards in Cash on Delivery.
- Do not accept the order, if product is open.
Bkash, Rocket & Nagat:
We accept mobile payment system such as, bkash, Rocket & Nagat payment system. You can easily make your payment from your bkash, Rocket & Nagat account. You can follow the process below,

Bkash/Rocket/Nagat Policy
- With Your Main Bill add 2% Extra. (It will be change any time by company policy)
- After Payment bKash/Rocket/Nagat please calls to this number (01710707444) for Your Confirmation.
- Your bKash/Rocket/Nagat Confirmation SMS will send to your Fashionatebd.com Registered mobile number within 24 hours.
Delivery Options:
We delivered your products by reputed couriers company in Bangladesh. Mostly we work with Sundorbon Courier and SA poribohon. We do not want disclosing any information of you in our packaging and doesn’t have any marking or any description of products or mention products brand to ensure your order delivered. We can dispatch your products within 24-48 hours. You can ensure your order delivered maximum 1-3 working days in Dhaka metro City and outside Dhaka maximum 2-4 days. You can track your order by order number and email address from our website Order Tracking option. And Next-day and Express delivery options also available. For Next-day and Express delivery, please contact with our customer care. For order over Tk 2000/- delivery charge will be absolutely free and for orders below Tk 2000/- and addressed in Dhaka Metro city flat delivery charge Tk 50/-. If order addressed outside Dhaka charge 98/- for Sundorbon Courier and Tk 120/- for SA poribohon.
